• Every makeup artist has a unique style. Mine is more “Oscar Red Carpet” than your full Kim K Instaglam. My signature is soft glowy skin, always real. I like freckles and skin texture to show in all their glory. I like to accentuate, not cover. I can do those things if requested, but if you are looking for a more full glam experience, I would go for a makeup artist who excels in that area. My style is focused on “real”. Think fresh, timeless, editorial beauty.

  • I believe in connection and trust, and encourage honest feedback throughout the trial and process (I am never offended!). Only though honest feedback, will we create a look you feel absolutely amazing in! We have all sat in a hairdressers chair and silently regretted our look - but your wedding is too precious to be silent about! I encourage collaboration between us, to create your perfect look.

  • Trials take place at my home studio in Wapping, East London. This is because, I have quite the kit (you’ll see!) and I like to have it all at my disposal whilst creating the perfect look for you. At the trial, we will go over all the important things to know for our big day, as well as skincare for the lead up to it. Trials typically take around 2hrs and are booked usually 3 months before the wedding.

  • I am proud to say, I am more than confident working on every single skin tone and that remains one of my truest values in my business. I work regularly with brides of all backgrounds and my absolute best feedback has come from those who trusted in me and my artistry.

  • The exciting part! After your trial, I will check in and get some last tweaks for the day. As its our first time meeting, I haven’t had a chance to know your skin yet, so no doubt there will be some small things that need tweaking to make sure it lasts on the day.

  • Typically, your makeup artist is one of the first people you see on your wedding morning - which is why it’s important to pick the right one! I like my aura to be very chilled and calming. I only take on typically one bride per day, so I have the full morning with you. I like to blend in - it’s your main character moment! I always prepare a bespoke touch up kit for you, full of goodies I feel you might need from our trial, along with your lipstick!

  • I take on a very small amount of weddings a year. I have been the fully booked bridal artist, and I was not able to show up fully or present. I’m a better makeup artist, when I’m not burnt out! So for this reason, my availability is limited to 15-20 weddings a year.

Experience

“I had the best experience with Kayleigh - she is utterly professional, and a magician at make-up. She's kind, patient, FUN and just an all round superstar.”
