BOOKING POLICY

  • To book in for makeup services, please use the book online button at the top of the page. Please note all services must be prepaid.

  • For Bridal bookings, please contact Kayleigh directly.

  • All appointments take place at the By Kayleigh Studio in Hackney Wick unless a wedding party or commercial booking.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All glam and go/lesson appointments must be paid in advance of the booking.

  • Charge backs will not be tolerated and will be contested.

CHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Appointment cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the appointment or full amount will be lost. This is because as a small business and service based provider, it is very hard to fill spots that are mainly booked well in advance. Cancelled appointments are money which cannot be made back, but could have been given to someone who would have used the appointment.

  • This CAN be transferred to an alternative date depending on availability. I fully understand life happens, so if in an occasion you do need to cancel, you will be able to rebook for another date.

  • Any cancellations made within 7 days will be liable to be lost without refund.

  • Cancellations by Kayleigh due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of her obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a full refund to the Client. No further compensation will be offered. An alternative highly recommended makeup artist might be suggested by Kayleigh.

  • Refunds are issued via the same method of payment. Please contact Kayleigh directly for a refund.
